Custmised Silver Black Anodize 4080 Aluminium Profile 40X80mm for SIM Racing Rig Simulator Frames

Moving forward from our successful predecessor we are happy to announce the F1 sim racing chassis. It is largely based on all what made the P1 one of the best sim racing chassis available.
As a long-time requested feature, we added the 4 feet brackets for extra stability, but we kept these optional to keep the price sharp. Additionally, we re-worked the pedal tray which now offers a wider range of adjustability.

Pedal Tray

The newly designed pedal tray give the extra flexibility needed to handle a wide variety of seating positions. It covers movement in all directions including completely flipped around to have the pedals sit on the deck. Also, its configured in such a way that it will accommodate different pedals sets, and the possibility to add an adjustable heel plate which we will release soon.

Connector Plates

The uprights are the main focus point when creating a rigid frame. Steering forces are creating a moment (torque force) at the base of the uprights, even more so with the high forces Direct Drive wheels are operating. To counter these effectively, a play-free connection of the upright is essential. These sandwich plates lock the uprights firmly into place. Because they are easy to install, success guaranteed.

Side mount

Standard the F1 is fitted with a shifter/accessories mount, running from the uprights to the back of the rig. Can be mounted both left and right. In addition, extra 2 profiles are provided to add the possibility of multiple configurations.

• Dashboard bracket securely fixates you Servo Drive wheel (Mige, SimuCube)
• Movable seat position (can be positioned inclined)

• Side mounting point included that can be configured in different ways
• Fanatec pedals can be mounted without additional hardware. Heusinkveld pedals can be mounted without extra materials, all bolts/nuts included.

Q1: What's the standard length of your aluminium profiles be shipping?
A: The standard length of aluminium profiles is 6meter, we can cut to specific length as you need.
 

Q2: What's your MOQ?
A:  We can accept trial orders for prototype, there are plenty of stocks in factory, and can be shipped very fast. 
 

Q3: What's the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10-12 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above.


Q4: What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coat as long as you can provide the color sample. Our normally powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
 

Q5: What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
A: 1~3 working days for small order, and 3~15 working days for mass production of material.


Q6: What certification do you have? What's your standard?
A: We have ISO certification. Our standard is DIN, AAMA, AS/NZS, China GB.
 

Q7: What's the packing way?
A: Commonly we use plastic film and kraft paper, also we can make as per customers' requirements
